The hotel was fabulous, clean, and very accommodating with space for luggage. It was excellent and just a 10-15 minute walk to the attractions from Hampton Inn. The service went beyond to be helpful, making it the best stay at a hotel I've had in a while. The location was extremely helpful to us being unfamiliar with the area, super close to the falls and the Outlet Mall. However, check-in staff, Zoe, was somewhat friendly but the hotel seemed to have everything messed up. The dining experience was fairly nice one day but significantly inferior the next. The facilities were excellent.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, especially being placed at the far end of a hall which was great for older guests like myself. The window treatment was excellent for providing a dark room at night, facing away from the Falls. However, the room was a bit far from the main attractions.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were perfect for us on the 4th floor, a corner room with no disturbance whatsoever. They were very clean and spacious, and the good continental breakfast included was a nice touch. The price was also reasonable, offering great value for money.
